hi i am a boy and i want washable highlights, my friend told me about his and he said its washable and the bottle it comes in has a comb at the top, ill show u a picture.. hes the one to the right with the yellow streaks, does anyone know what kind it is? i would be so happy to know :)

You can't get washable highlights...unless its just something that goes ontop of your hair like paint. Highlights come from bleach...if you had blonde hair you could put darker colors in it that would wash out but you can't lighten your hair with out bleach...and I don't mean bleach like laundry detergent you need to go to a proffesional.

You can use a hair paint found at a beauty supply or maybe Hot Topic. There are also some hair gels and pomades that have a lot of color to them. Highlights are a chemical service.
