My at home highlights are really bad. How soon can I dye my hair back to it's original color?

ok---what I would do.......tricky but you can do it....apply this to towel dried hair....go get a light brown color. when you go to mix it, use 1/2 of the developer--then add water to make up the other half. this will stop the light brown color from screwing up your natural color, but will only deposit the light brown on your hilighted hair. there is only a mild developer this way and you are only getting deposit of color, not lightening. should work fine. oh yeah---if you are REALLY orangy get a light ash brown, if its not too bad, get a light natural brown. should have the hilights you want. hey----let me know how it comes out or if ya need any more help! I will check later! oh---and leave it on for 30 min. good luck!!!

you can dye it anytime my moms friend is a hairstylist and said if i dont like my highlights i can dye it back anytime so whenever you feel like it!

anytime but from your experiance go to a hair salon (i dont mean that in a bad way) =) try to find a color that matches your natural hair and start over from there, or when it grows out (if you die it back to your original color you wont even notice when you grow it out

oh you need it now!!!??!!! well wear a hat and go to the drug store to buy a die ment to color all of your hair. dont panic!!! just wait till the morning and put your hair up so you cant tell and get your booty to a hair salon!!!

I get my hair done at JC penny salon, and I got my hair done and I didn't like b/c of what the woman did to it. i called back and the woman that I talked to said they could fix it the very next day.
