Highlight hair with lemon juice in winter?

How can you highlight your hair with lemon juice in the winter if theres no sun?

baking soda mixed with hydrogen peroxide does the exact same thing and you dont need the suns help. Mix equal parts of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and apply with a q-tip to the parts where you want the highlights. It turns your hair a few shades darker over time.

go lay in a tanning bed.....or use Sun In and use a blow dryer since that goes off of heat

why not just use an actual highlighting dye?

lemon is an unpredictable hair colorer.

First off: I hope your hair is somewhat blonde. If youre a brunette dont do it! It will turn orangy. I like the advice with the blower perhaps the heat of it will do the trick. Word to the wise be careful with the blower and lemon hooked together. The sun alone does damage enough. I recommened doing this in the summer, if not use the blower.

I've been using Sun In for a very long time and it works great.

Maybe use it a couple of times with the blow dryer before you wash it. And yes, it will turn your hair orange if your hair's too dark to begin with.
