As much as I would love to say you can, you can't. You can put a toner(semipermanent color) on it, but the highlights that are under the color you put on will still be there. Why would you put lemon juice in your hair in the first place? You may not know it, but with the sun's rays and the acid in lemon juice will really damage your hair. I would recommend going to see your hair stylist if you are so concerned about being careful before doing it on your own. Even with bleach, a lot of people think that when they have highlights they can just cover them up with color. Not true. Until you cut out all the bleached/lemon juice hair, coloring it with permanent color will further damage your hair. The semi permanent will make the highlights less noticeable, but the damage from the lemon juice will still be there until it is all trimmed/cut out.

I would go to a hairstyleist and get your hair either highlighted or lowlighted depending on the styleist and what they think would be better, and get it done in your natural color. Then you wont be able to see it, but i dont think that there is a way to take it out, once the hair is bleached, theres no taking the color out.

You can't really remove the highlights, since your hair color has been changed. You can either dye your hair yourself, get it professionally done, or just let the highlights grow out. I would be careful with the lemon juice thing, though, as it can dry out your hair.
