If your hair is very dark brown where it looks black then you can consider changing the base color first. Go to a good salon in your area and check on a single process color which will change the base color like for example a med. brown shade with honey colored highlights. A half head of highlights is more natural. Just remember that this is high maitenance and touch ups are required so if you don't want the up keep then I wouldn't recommend it. red or blonde highlights...brownish lipgloss...and mybe pink eyeshadow...idk

I would go with darker eyeshadow, for a smokey look

any color for lipgloss

and a slightly lighter brown color for highlights, maybe with a touch of red

well since everything is as u would call dark, why dont u try like gold eye shadow based on ur eye color.also maybe u could try green eye shadow.to bring out the brown in ur eyes, maybe even blue.for the lip gloss u could try peaches or sheer wit shine or sparkle.maybe even line ur lips with a dark peach color or wutever is kinda dark somewhat on ur skin tone and then blend it in with the lip gloss.now on the highlights......try dark chestnut or a chocolate brown, maybe even a dark red like burgandy or champaine color.dont try blondes because their too bright for ur natural hair color...unless ur gonna die ur whole head something that corresponds wit the blonde.remember dont try anything too drastic..baby steps.lol

you should put white eyeshadow not to dark maybe light blue or aqua i wear it and get lots of compliments, lip gloss you should go to Victoria secret and get candy flavor and stuff like pink colors not red!!!highlights should be a darkish blond and colors maybe like a brown tha t has a little red in it if you know what i mean

ok since you have dark hair, red highlights or dirty blonde highlights would look so HAWTT. since you have dark eyes then a purple eyeliner would make your beautiful eyes pop out!! lipgloss. hmm.. rosy color shiny or glittery !!! not red or brown !

try to find this bonniebell eyeshadow line that has colors to match your eyes. for your lip gloss, you might want to try bronzes and shiney soft pinks.
