It would of been a bit better if u had a pic of yoursel?! but owel. well if ur gonna get highlights then get very fine ones!!!!!!! i have just plain dark brown hair and it looks fab, but before i had highlights in . its up to u in the end????!!!!!

it depends what color highlights you want to get...i always thought dark blond or light brown goes nicely with dark brown. don't get crazy colors like pink or purple because those do NOT look good with dark brown, they are better with pitch black...maybe you could get reddish highlights, that might look nice with brown...but if you mean highlights as in one of the wild colors, it is best to leave it the way it is or dy it black first!!!!! ;D

depends how long yor hair is and how you tend to wear it...long and layered ,yes.......short? not unless you have no shine...that's what i would do..
