I really want to get my hair highlighted. I have no clue what color highlights I should get though. This is me:

WELL I THINK THAT IF YOUR a blond or brunet u should get brown highlights if your blond or if your brunet u should get blond highlights~~!

Caramel so its not too extreme. And have them lightly weaved so it looks natural.

Now i suggest to not get highlights because they don't really look natural on anybody i think they stand out a little too much. You can go to the beach or pool and put lemon juice in your hair and lay out for a little while(during this time you can eat have a snack or get a nice tan, you can also do anything in the sun, not just at a pool or beach,just make sure it is for more than 2-3 hours), then when you get home rinse it out.Now you have more natural looking highlights (if you did want to get them), that is usually what i do. I think your hair is really pretty and you should try this idea i said if you are going to get them. I always think natural looks better, especially on a brunette. I'm a brunette also! Go brunettes. Lol sorry. Do whatever you feel like doing thought you dont have to listen to me..... I'm not stopping you either way......if you were going to get them go for light brown to blonde(but very light blonde)

The color depends on the statement. For the first go round, get something 2-3 shades lighter than your natural hair. Honey colored highlights would be nice. You can always go lighter later. I always like highlights to be more natural, so stay away from big chunky stripes.
